TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they have (written) permission from any owner of the supporting material they are wishing to upload. This includes:
• literary works such as articles, stories, journals, or computer programs
• pictures and graphics
• blueprints of architecture
• plays and screenplays
• audiovisual recordings such as movies
• sound recordings
• PowerPoint presentations
This is a product based award scheme and all entries are required to submit a physical product that will be reviewed by the judges on 24 May 2017. Failure to submit the correct sample in time for judging will result in the entry being disqualified from the awards and no refund will be given. Samples must be received to the Luxury Packaging Awards office between 8-17 May 2017 as detailed in your confirmation email and on the sending samples page.
All entries/table/place bookings will be confirmed by email within 5 working days. If you do not receive confirmation of your entry/booking, please contact email@example.com
The confirmation email will include a receipt of your payment or a copy of your invoice.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to inform the awards team if they wish samples to be returned this must be communicated in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 12 May 2017. Failure to inform the awards team will result in the sample being securely destroyed after judging has taken place on 24 May 2017. Entrants should organise a courier to collect the samples at a mutually beneficial time. The awards team will not cover any cost of returning samples. Please note that due to the robust nature of the judging process, items will not be returned in the same condition that they were received.
Entries, table and place bookings may be paid by credit card at the time of booking; otherwise we will invoice you. Please note the payment must be received in full on seats before the event and for entries before the judging day otherwise seat(s)/entry(ies) will be forfeited.
Invoice payments must be received by Metropolis Business Media within 28 days of the invoice date or by close of business 5 working days before the Event, whichever is the earlier. For bookings made within 28 days of the event, a credit card payment will be required. Only payment in sterling will be accepted.
Cancellations for entries must be made in writing to the contact at the address below. If you cancel on or before 31 March 2017, we will refund your entry fee in full. If you cancel after 31 March 2017, no refund will be given. All entries must be paid in full before judging takes place on 24 May 2017.
Cancellations for dinner bookings must be made in writing to the contact at the address below. If you cancel on or before 11 August 2017, we will refund your dinner booking fee in full. If you cancel after 11 August 2017, no refund will be given but you can change the names of your dinner guests should you wish to.
If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.
Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

An online form will be sent for special dietary requirements. Simply complete and submit as instructed on the form. This form must be received within 3 weeks prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and it may not be possible to take care of the specific requirements of any guest.
Lighting and special effects
It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform guest(s) that special effects, including strobe lighting, may be used on the night.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the venue or the date of the event. We will give you as much notice as we can and your booking will be transferred to the new venue or date.

Your email address and telephone number will not be given to 3rd parties unless you give us your explicit consent to do so. By providing your email address you consent to being contacted by email for direct marketing purposes by Metropolis International Group Ltd and its associated products.
